How to map your goal to your habits.
Where do your routines, habits, and processes line up to the goals you have?
For example, are you claiming to want more innovation and not asking ANY questions about that in your interview process? Does that process actually focus on “team fit” to the *existing* team?
You don’t need a fancy deck for this. Just make a note of your goal and then list the process or events that naturally support it. If that list is short, then it’s time to change up some meetings or tools.
Another option here, print your calendar and highlight every event that ties to a certain goal. Most of your week (all?) should ideally be highlighted.
